SAN ANTONIO, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Armando Montelongo, real estate expert and former host of A&E's Flip this House, was once an up-and-coming underdog. So when he had the opportunity to sponsor an Izod IndyCar Series driver, he knew the rookie upstart Mario Romancini (Conquest Racing) would be the right match.

Romancini finished 13th overall in Sunday's Indianapolis 500. He earned the 36th American Dairy Association of Indiana Fastest Rookie of the Year award as the best first-year driver in the race held on May 30. Romancini had to maneuver through many crashes and save fuel to make it as the top-finishing rookie. He also earned Conquest Racing's second best finish at the Indianapolis 500.

"This was such an exciting race and a spectacular showcase for," said Montelongo. "Mario's determination to rise to the top of his sport is an inspiring story for my students, who are learning how to turn their lives around through investing in real estate. This past Sunday's race is a testimony to the fact that hard work and the proper knowledge are keys to success in any life situation."
