Armor Health and the Stark County Sheriff's Office Partner in Launching PATH Program at Stark County Jail and Celebrate First Graduates
MIAMI, Sept. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Armor Health (ArmorHealthcare.com), a national provider of correctional healthcare, has launched the Prevention, Accountability, Treatment & Healing (PATH) Program at the Stark County Jail in Canton, Ohio. Launched in July, the program offers a structured 30-day initiative for court-ordered participants that combines treatment planning, counseling, accountability, behavioral health support, and reentry resources. The PATH program celebrated its first graduates in August 2026 and is designed to promote recovery, stability, and successful community reintegration.
PATH supports individuals ordered by the court to participate as part of their sentence. The program addresses challenges that can contribute to repeated justice-system involvement while helping participants develop practical skills for sustainable change.
Services are tailored to each participant's needs and include individualized treatment planning with access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders, and referrals to community resources that help participants continue care when back in the community.
The successful completion of the first graduating group marks an early milestone for PATH and reflects the program's focus on connecting accountability with treatment and reentry preparation.
