GLENS FALLS, N.Y., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Arrow Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: AROW) on October 27, 2010 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.25 per share payable December 15, 2010 to shareholders of record December 3, 2010.  This represents an increase of 3% over the cash dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2009, as a result of the September 29, 2010 3% stock dividend.
