GLENS FALLS, N.Y., April 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Arrow Financial Corporation (NasdaqGS® - AROW) announced that its 2020 Annual Meeting will take place virtually this year due to public health concerns related to COVID-19. Shareholders may participate online or by phone. The in-person portion of the meeting is canceled for the health and well-being of all involved.
The previously announced date of the meeting remains the same, although the time has changed, as noted below. To participate, shareholders must initially register online by Sunday, May 3, using the Registration Link below.
