Arvind K. Bajaj Joins The Lightstone Group as Executive Vice President - Investments

NEW YORK, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced the appointment of Arvind K. Bajaj as Executive Vice President - Investments.

In his new role, Bajaj will oversee and manage the firm's acquisition efforts, capital markets activities and investment strategies. Mr. Bajaj will be based at the firm's corporate headquarters in midtown Manhattan, New York.

Mr. Bajaj has over 20 years of experience growing and building successful commercial real estate franchises.  Since 2007, Bajaj was a managing principal with Park Hill Real Estate – a subsidiary of the Blackstone Group.  Prior to that, he was a managing director with Credit Suisse, serving as head of European commercial real estate finance, as well as Head of Middle East real estate. In addition, Bajaj worked at Morgan Stanley for 10 years in a variety of senior level commercial real estate positions based in both London and New York.
