LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Since November 30, most of California has experienced a severe string of storms. Severe wind has been an issue, along with heavy rain for most of the state. Some areas reportedly have seen more rain in the past few days than in all of last year.
