ASI Government Hires Defense and Intelligence Community Leaders Chuck Kennedy, Gary Winch and Kevin Houley for Key Leadership Positions

ARLINGTON, Va., June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ASI Government (ASI), the premier provider of federal "Big A" acquisition thought leadership and support, announced today that Chuck Kennedy, Gary Winch and Kevin Houley have joined the company's leadership team.

Mr. Kennedy, widely known and trusted as an IC acquisition luminary – particularly in the areas of acquisition strategy, cost and pricing, IT and industry relations – serves as President of ASI's Frontline Solutions Division. Prior to joining ASI, he served as Vice President of Farfield Systems, where he led business development and IC operations. Previously, he held leadership roles within the IC acquisition space for more than 30 years, culminating in his role as Chief of Contracting.

Mr. Winch serves as Vice President of ASI's National Security Sector. In this role, he draws on his deep government and industry expertise; prior to joining ASI, he served as a Director at Deloitte, and he currently serves as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Winch brings proven leadership capabilities, deep customer intimacy and professional services experience across the U.S. Army, Navy, Defense Information Systems Agency and Defense Contract Management Agency.

Mr. Houley serves as Vice President for Intelligence and Information Technology (IT) Solutions, drawing on his deep knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and strong background in IT and cybersecurity. Prior to joining ASI, he served as Vice President of Intelligence Solutions for L3 and held senior roles at Northrop Grumman and TASC. His collective experience allows him to develop new IT acquisition models and help customers maximize their investments.
