Media invited to attend the October 22 Summit in New York City
NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ --
WHAT:
Aspen Digital, a program of the Aspen Institute, will host the inaugural WIN Summit, an invite-only convening that will bring together private-sector leaders, investors, philanthropic organizations, and social innovators to learn about the breakthrough ideas surfaced through the $60 million Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge. The future of work is being written right now, and the leaders shaping it will gather at the WIN Summit to learn, connect, and build what comes next.
The Summit will celebrate the award-winning solutions from the WIN Challenge, which will be announced earlier in October, as well as feature key speakers and conversations to inspire attendees to advance opportunities that will help women thrive – and everyone win.
Featured speakers will include Aneesh Raman Chief Economic Opportunity Officer at Microsoft; Julie Averill, former Chief Information Officer of Lululemon; Kristen Soltis Anderson, Founding Partner of Echelon Insights; and Renee Wittemyer, Vice President of Program Strategy at Pivotal. Samantha Barry, former Editor-in-Chief and Global Editorial Director of Glamour will serve as emcee, guiding the day's conversations. Additional speakers and programming will be announced.
Led by Aspen Digital and supported by Pivotal, a group of organizations founded by Melinda French Gates, the WIN Challenge was launched in fall 2025 to discover and scale transformative ideas across three key pillars: Culture & Practices, AI, and Narrative.
