Aspen's Stirling Peak Properties Joins Forces with Douglas Elliman

ASPEN, Colo., Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bill Stirling, Layne Shea, Zach Merritt and their brokerage team from Stirling Peak Properties have joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate, a national residential brokerage. The partnership extends Elliman's existing family of more than 35 Aspen-based brokers. A boutique real estate agency, Stirling Peak Properties provides hands-on, personalized service for residential real estate sales, vacation rentals and property management in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Stirling Peak Properties' three partners will be joining the Douglas Elliman team, Stirling, Shea and Merritt. All active brokers from their team will also be joining Elliman. Stirling Peak Properties will keep their current offices, located at 600 E. Main St. in Aspen, Colorado, which will be rebranded under the Douglas Elliman name.
