GREEN BAY, Wis., Feb. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE:ASB) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, payable on March 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2015.
The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 8.00% Series B Perpetual Preferred Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2015, with the dividend payable date of March 16, 2015.
