Associated Materials Announces Departure of CEO
Board Names Director Dana Snyder Interim CEO
CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio, June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Associated Materials, LLC today announced that Chief Executive Officer and Director Tom Chieffe is leaving the company to pursue other interests. Current Director and former CEO of Associated Materials Dana Snyder has been named interim CEO by the company's board of directors. A search will be conducted immediately for a permanent CEO.
