KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- With the WellCard™ Savings Program, now available through Assurant Employee Benefits, employees and their families can save money on prescriptions, doctor visits, and other health-related products and services.

An easy way to help individuals and families with their health and wellness expenses, the WellCard Savings Program provides an average savings of up to 30 percent on medical visits¹, up to 65 percent on brand name and generic prescriptions², and discounts on hearing and diabetes care, diagnostic and lab tests, daily living products and more. Additionally, those carrying a WellCard Savings Card automatically join a nationwide network of more than 59,000 pharmacies and more than 350,000 physicians, and can receive rewards for everyday purchases made through a network of merchants.
