Assurant Solutions will hire for a number of functions in Miami including call center customer retention representatives and workforce analysts. Supervisory positions, including a director role, will also be available for experienced call center retention professionals. Excellent bilingual communications skills are a plus. The positions will support debt protection programs typically marketed through major banks and lending institutions. Recruiting is now underway and the company is taking applications.
