With over 25 years of Information Technology experience in the fields of Enrollment Management Systems with Predictive Data Modeling, Field Service Management, and Healthcare Systems, Norm brings a wealth of leadership, strategic direction, and management across all aspects of IT, product development, infrastructure, security, operations, and service delivery.
His leadership includes Global CIO/CTO & COO for Hobsons (a division of the multi-billion dollar UK Daily Mail & General Trust PLC), CIO/CTO & COO for VCS Consulting and CIO & COO for Vertical Solutions. Norm has been instrumental in providing exceptional services that have benefited many sectors of the population; from parents, to students, universities, patients, healthcare professionals, service recipients to associated businesses. Norm holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Math from the University of Cincinnati.
