Aston Launches ASTON/River Road Focused Absolute Value Fund

• The ASTON/River Road Focused Absolute Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in River Road's "best ideas" across all of its core strategies.
• The Fund incorporates River Road's Absolute Value^® strategy which seeks to provide attractive, sustainable, low volatility returns over the long term.

Aston Asset Management, LLC (Aston) announced that it has launched the ASTON/River Road Focused Absolute Value Fund (Ticker Symbols: ARRFX/AFAVX), which seeks long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated, all-cap strategy comprised of a limited number of River Road's "best ideas" across its investing platform.

The Fund also utilizes River Road's Absolute Value^® philosophy of seeking to provide attractive, sustainable, low volatility returns over the long term.

Aston will act as the investment adviser to the Fund, while Louisville, Kentucky-based River Road Asset Management, LLC will act as subadviser, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund.

River Road, which is also subadviser to six other Aston Funds, incorporates proven and enduring value investing principles, while striving to avoid many of the pitfalls associated with more common "deep value" and "relative value" investment styles.
