Astoria Continues Expansion, Adding David N. Clark as President & Head of Business Development
NEW YORK, Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Astoria Portfolio Advisors announces that David N. Clark has joined as President and Head of Business Development. Mr. Clark has over 25 years of global leadership experience in the Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), Derivative and Finance industries, in both product and business development roles, at some of the world's top investment firms.

He spent the first 18 years of his career at Merrill Lynch (subsequently Bank of America), holding various institutional sales management and business development positions in London and New York. During this period, Mr. Clark led European distribution of Convertible Bond, Equity Derivatives and ETFs; he was also Head of Bank of America's Americas Equity Finance, Delta One, Stock Loan and International Derivative Distribution groups. Subsequently, Mr. Clark spent six years at Société Générale S.A., leading the firm's Global Securities Financing group's U.S. sales efforts, including ETF, Swap, Repo and Structured Financing products. Mr. Clark graduated from Villanova University with a BA in Economics and currently serves on the school's President's Advisory Council.
