LAFAYETTE, La., Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ATC Associates, a Louisiana-based environmental services firm, announced today it has transitioned to doing business as Cardno ATC. The transition reflects the March 2012 merger with international infrastructure services consultancy Cardno Limited (ASX: CDD).
