Atkore International Inc. Acquires American Pipe and Plastics
HARVEY, Ill., Oct. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Atkore International Inc. ("Atkore"), today announced that it has acquired American Pipe & Plastics, Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of PVC conduit serving the Telecommunications, Cable TV, Power and Fiber Optic infrastructure markets (www.ampipe.com).

American Pipe and Plastics is located in Kirkwood, NY, just outside of Binghamton, NY, and has more than 45 employees. It has the capability of operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet customer demand.
