Atlantic Trust Celebrates Another Record Year
Firm achieves a record $20.3 billion in assets under management—a 12.7% increase since Q4 2011—with $1.9 billion of the growth attributable to client additions and new business inflows.
ATLANTA, Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), today announced the firm achieved a record-breaking $20.3 billion in assets under management (AUM) and combined 23rd consecutive quarters of growth—including a record $786 million in positive net flows during the fourth quarter of 2012.

Atlantic Trust's record $20.3 billion in AUM in the fourth quarter of 2012 provided a 2% increase from the previous quarter and a 12.7% jump from the $18.0 billion it had in assets in the fourth quarter of 2011. The firm also achieved record net flows of $1.9 billion in 2012.
Atlantic Trust attributes its long-standing success to strong client retention and a steady inflow of assets from existing and new client relationships. In 2012, the firm achieved a 98% retention rate among clients with more than $5 million in AUM. Of the net flows, 57% have come from new business and 43% from client additions. These flows represent a healthy balance of new relationships, which typically are referred from clients and other industry professionals, and current clients that continue to expand their relationship with Atlantic Trust.
