Atlantic Trust's 99% Client Retention Rate Highlights 21 Consecutive Quarters of Growth

ATLANTA, Aug. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), announced today that the firm achieved 21 consecutive quarters of positive net flows and record revenues as of June 30, 2012.

Strong client retention and a steady inflow of assets from existing and new client relationships have led to Atlantic Trust's continued success. Year to date through June 30, the firm has posted a 99% retention rate among clients with more than $5 million in assets under management, with nine offices achieving 100% client retention. Of the net flows, 69% has come from net new business and 31% from net client additions.
