Atlas API Training Begins On-Site and In-House Training Services for National / International Petro Chemical Industry Clients

HOUSTON, Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlas API Training expands their training courses into the national and international on-site, in-house API training venue for the Petro-chemical industries. According to Hannon McLeod, president of Atlas, "The increasing amount of regulation in the Petro Chemical industry is pushing facilities to provide both qualified and certified inspectors to insure the safe and efficient operation of equipment. Atlas API Training has provided online exam prep courses globally since 2014. Due to recent requests, the online API training group will now also be providing on-site/in-house instructors to the Petro Chemical industry both nationally and internationally."

The big three API exam prep courses including API 510/pressure vessel, API 570/pressure piping, and API 653/storage tanks will be provided and are also available online. These courses will be offered in 5- to 11-day formats depending on client need. Exam prep instruction will be offered for API 1169/pipeline inspection, API 580/risk based inspection, API 571/corrosion and materials, API TES/tank entry supervisor, API 936/refractory, and API 577/welding and metallurgy. Atlas will also offer customized training as requested by customers for the inspection and maintenance of piping and equipment. In the effort to service the ever-increasing demand for on-site instruction, Atlas API Training has expanded their instructor recruitment program.
