Atlas Technical Consultants Acquires SCST Engineering

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlas Technical Consultants ("Atlas") has acquired SCST, Inc ("SCST") – a provider of environmental science, geotechnical, geophysics, special inspection & materials testing, facilities consulting, and telecom & utilities services. The acquisition marks the second since September 2018 for Atlas, a leading provider of infrastructure project delivery services across the United States. The acquisition will grow Atlas's engineering and construction inspection market share and adds to the company's capabilities in helping customers deliver safe and sustainable infrastructure across the United States.
