Attention! New York Area Media: Invitation to Cover Event on Thursday, September 6

WHAT:                

Giant 18' pill bottle in Penn Station to raise awareness of the "burden" of occasional constipation, which can be caused by certain medications.   The Senokot® Brand wants to reach consumers directly to let them know it's important to recognize and treat occasional constipation, and that there is gentle, overnight relief for the condition.

The event aims to promote the "Senokot®/Senokot-S® Overnight Relief Sweepstakes," which began on August 12 and runs through November 11,  and drive consumers to the promotional website (www.senokotovernightrelief.com) to enter the national sweepstakes, for a chance to win an array of deluxe prizes that bring "relief," including Hyatt Hotel gift cards,  Phillips 22" flat-screen TVs, Kindle Touches, and more.

WHY:                  

More than 4 million Americans suffer from occasional constipation¹. Although a healthy, balanced diet and regular physical activity are the best ways to stay regular, sometimes people need a little help.

Anyone passing through Penn Station on Thursday, September 6, can pose on the red carpet and get a picture taken with the "Giant Bottle," which they can share with friends and family through social media.
