Attorney John Spillane Of The Nemeroff Law Firm Selected As Expert For Shale Gas Drilling Operations Litigation Conference

Spillane will join a panel of experts discussing "Scientific Evidence – Daubert Issues Related to Personal Injury and Property Damage Claims." The session will focus on legal strategies, admissibility of expert witness testimony, reliable evidence, regulatory limits, expert selection, and the evaluation of potential environmental and health hazards.
