Attorneys of 1-800-CANTASO and Chosen Few Records Collaborate on Jenny "La Sexy Voz" Music Video and Raise Awareness of Domestic Violence

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Nov. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Talented new Puerto Rican artist Jenny "La Sexy Voz" has launched her first video and single titled "Murio."  In the past, Jenny has worked with well-known artists such as Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Wisin y Yandel, Alexis y Fido and countless others, lending her voice and topping Reggaeton charts since 2004.  She is now signed to Chosen Few Records and managed by Manuel Alejandro Ruiz aka "Boy Wonder." 

Filmed and produced by Ramon Cruz ("Ray Cuts"), "Murio" is the Spanish version of Rihanna's single "Man Down."  As opposed to the original song where a man is murdered for his abuse, Jenny's version focuses on dealing with domestic violence and finding help.  The video opens with Astrid Cordoba, host and radio personality of La Fiesta 98.5 FM NY's "Almorzando Con Cantaso," live on air where she eventually takes a call from a victim of domestic abuse as Jenny listens, and the song begins. 

The video, sponsored by the attorneys of 1-800-CANTASO, sends an important and powerful message about domestic violence, emphasizing the need for support and alternatives for women in destructive relationships.  "Our sincere hope is that by being involved with Chosen Few Records in the release of this single and video that we can raise awareness of a growing problem that is affecting all communities, including Latinos," said William V.
