aTyr posted a GAAP EPS loss of -$0.26 for the third quarter, reportedly missing analyst consensus estimates by $0.08, according to media outlets. Revenues came in at $190,000, highlighting the firm's reliance on its clinical pipeline rather than commercial sales.

The company confirmed that despite the disappointing topline results from the Phase 3 EFZO-FIT study, "we plan to meet with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the first quarter of 2026 to review the results of the study and determine the path forward for efzofitimod in pulmonary sarcoidosis."
