A new executive IP phone with a 5" color touch screen, running the native Microsoft Teams client, is the latest addition to the AudioCodes 400 series of HD VoIP devices. Its ergonomic design, simple menus and familiar, legacy-like workflows help to ease unified communications adoption.

AudioCodes' scalable, secure and highly-interoperable session border controller (SBC) range now supports direct routing with Microsoft Teams. This allows enterprises and service providers to easily integrate Bring-Your-Own-Trunk services, including multi-tenancy support.

The productivity-enhancing SmartTAP 360° interaction recording solution facilitates the seamless recording of inbound and outbound trunk calls in Microsoft Teams, along with instant messaging and video recording, for compliance purposes.

On the management side, the AudioCodes Routing Manager (ARM) provides comprehensive policy-based, quality-based and emergency call routing for large-scale heterogeneous communications silo deployments. In addition, User Management Pack 365 enables the full lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 subscribers across cloud, hybrid and on-premises deployments.
