Shareholder Meeting Details

The Meeting will be held virtually on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern time) / 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) and will be conducted via live webcast at: meetnow.global/MPUKQY6.
