Mr. Sharp will spearhead the development and launch of HDS' retail business, which offers many benefits over today's ecommerce experiences, including:
- Fresher-than-store groceries: HDS will bypass physical stores to deliver groceries faster, safer, and with higher quality and personalization.

Most recently, Mr. Sharp was the President and GM of The National Food Laboratory, acquired in 2015 by LabCorp ($9B revenue), where he grew the business substantially while focusing efforts on product design and food safety. Prior to The National Food Laboratory, Austin held executive roles with Clif Bar, Francis Coppola Winery, Jim Beam Brands, Citigroup and TastingRoom.com. Mr. Sharp will leverage his 20+ years of experience to build out the HDS retail platform, partnering with like-minded companies around the world.
