Part memoir and part reflection, CRAZY Won't Leave Me Alone follows Hines through dating missteps, loneliness, friendship, travel and the uncomfortable work of beginning again.

At the center is "Crazy"—not a diagnosis or a person, but Hines' name for the internal voice shaped by fear, comparison, people-pleasing, old expectations and the stories people create when they do not have all the facts.
