AVANA Capital strengthens its hospitality expertise with veteran hotelier Stephanie Bauer
Management team expanded to support growing demand
GLENDALE, Ariz., Sept. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- AVANA Capital LLC, a commercial real estate debt fund, today announced that Stephanie Bauer has joined the company as EVP of Asset Management to further develop and build their growing hospitality portfolio. Stephanie is a seasoned executive with nearly 20 years of hospitality business expertise. She has a consistent and successful track record in leading operational due diligence and coordinating new hotel transitions process.
Prior to joining AVANA Capital, Stephanie served in a variety of leadership roles with Westmont Hospitality Group, where she led as Regional Operations Director for ten full service hotels, overseeing operations, renovations, and ownership relations. Stephanie also held General Manager and Area General Manager roles where she was awarded GM of the Year. She had also previously worked for various hotel companies such as Accor Hotels NA and Tarsadia Hotels.
