Ave Maria School of Law Spearheads "Law of Life Summit"
Inaugural Gathering of Pro-Life Leaders to Occur in Conjunction with March for Life
NAPLES, Fla., Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ave Maria School of Law (AMSL) announced details for the first "Law of Life Summit" to be held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. The semi-annual event will assemble prominent national leaders and law students to create measurable objectives for overturning Roe v. Wade.
"The Law of Life Summit is unlike anything else out there in the pro-life community," said Royce Hood, AMSL 3L and organizer of the Summit. "This concept focuses on action. Everyone attending the Summit understands why abortion is evil and works hard every day against it. At the Summit we are going to get very specific as to the methods, tactics, and measures that will win these final battles in the fight against abortion."
The Summit is strategically scheduled for the weekend before the March for Life and benefits from having so many pro-life leaders accessible in Washington. The Summit is a strategic-planning dialogue, not a political demonstration. Organizers, including Hood, expect that the Summit will help the Pro-Life movement engage local communities through law, media and action and further align the conversation among pro-life leaders, young and old, on how energies can be best directed advancing the cause of Life.
All members of the press are welcome to cover this event, please contact Mr. Hood to be issued media credentials.
