Formerly the Chief Revenue Officer at Vocus, Pogorzelski will be responsible for driving Avention through accelerated growth as the company expands its global operations.

Prior to Vocus, he served as CEO of ClickFuel, a Software as a Service marketing analytics platform provider.  Pogorzelski was also President of Monster.com and Group President of Monster Worldwide, helping grow the company from $45 million to $1.4 billion in revenues.
