Avenue Managed Services and Findustrial Partner to Advance Servitization Equipment-as-a-Service in the U.S. Market

EVANSTON, Ill. and SCHÖRFLING AM ATTERSEE, Austria, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue Managed Services LLC and Findustrial are excited to announce their partnering to launch and scale Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) programs in the United States.

Together the two firms help OEMs and system integrators design, finance and run EaaS programs. A successful EaaS program needs three things at once: a viable commercial model, capital willing to finance it, and an operating system capable of managing the program after the first contract is signed. Avenue and Findustrial each bring part of that.

In a traditional equipment sale, the transaction often ends when the equipment is delivered, commissioned and paid for. In an As-a-Service model, that is where the relationship begins. The OEM/system integrator, end-user, support services team and capital provider remain aligned throughout the life of the asset. Success is tied to performance, uptime, utilization and the outcome the customer purchased. For OEMs and system integrators, this can turn a one-time equipment transaction into a long-term customer relationship and recurring revenue opportunity.

Avenue contributes its U.S. Servitization expertise, program development, and existing capital provider relationships. While equipment financing is well established in the U.S., true EaaS financing is different. The collaboration also offers a bridge for European OEMs entering or expanding in the U.S. market. A manufacturer may have proven technology and a working business model at home and still meet different expectations in the United States, around financing, contracts, risk allocation and access to capital.

Together the two firms can help that manufacturer adapt its commercial model and offer its technology as a service in the U.S. without building a financing and servitization infrastructure of its own, drawing on Findustrial's European relationships on one side and Avenue's network of U.S. capital partners on the other. For manufacturers already selling equipment there, an as-a-service offer runs alongside traditional equipment sales rather than replacing them.
