Avenue5 Residential Ranked on 2018 Best Places to Work Multifamily™ List and Certified as a 2018 Great Place to Work®

SEATTLE, Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue5 Residential, a multifamily property management services firm, announces that it has been named a top 15 national finalist on the 2018 Best Places to Work Multifamily™ list by the Best Companies Group, and that it has been certified as a 2018 Great Place to Work® by the Great Place To Work® Institute. Avenue5 was included on the 2018 Best Places to Work Multifamily™ list and certified as a Great Place to Work® as the result of feedback garnered from separate third-party surveys that were distributed to associates.

"At Avenue5, we are committed to providing an innovative and rewarding work environment for all associates, and for taking care of our associates so that they feel empowered to elevate our performance and serve our clients, residents, and one another," stated Walt Smith, Avenue5 chief executive officer. "Our associates provide us with our single greatest competitive advantage, and it is an honor to be recognized based directly on the positive feedback that they have provided on our company."

Both third-party surveys requested feedback on factors including compensation, benefits, opportunities for growth and advancement, company communication, teamwork, fair treatment, workplace tools and resources, work-life balance, recognition, corporate culture, and other key metrics related to employee satisfaction. Avenue5 exceeded the benchmarks in all areas surveyed.

In both surveys, Avenue5 associates expressed appreciation for the company's 401(k) matching program, paid time off for birthdays and volunteer days, team-centered environment, work-life balance orientation, associate recognition programs, access to the executive team, unique corporate culture, and welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for female and minority associates in particular.

"The Great Place to Work® and Best Places to Work Multifamily™ accolades would not have been possible without our talented team of over 1,200 Fivers nationwide, who demonstrate their commitment to building a dynamic and service-oriented culture," affirmed Steve Davis, chief operations officer at Avenue5. "We welcome open associate communication and solicit candid associate feedback on an ongoing basis, and these surveys provide us with additional critical data that assists us in attracting and retaining engaged associates as we continue to expand our business."
