Aviation Technical Services (ATS) Named a 2019 Military Friendly® Employer

EVERETT, Wash., Aug. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviation Technical Services (ATS) today announced that it has earned the 2019 Military Friendly® Employer designation. Military Friendly® is the standard that measures an organization's commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefit for the military community. First published in 2003, Military Friendly® Employers is the most comprehensive resource that provides veterans and their spouses with the best choices for employment opportunities, a list of "Better for Veterans" Organizations.

Institutions earning the Military Friendly ® Employer designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Out of the more than 8800 companies evaluated nationally, VIQTORY awarded 226 employers the 2019 Military Friendly® designation.

Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly ® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the higher education and military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization's survey score with an assessment of the organization's ability to meet thresholds for Applicant, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion & Advancement of veterans and military employees.
