AvidXchange Music Factory Launches #AvidXperience Social Media Campaign
AvidXchange™ and Neighboring Businesses Encourage Employees and Visitors to Participate
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The AvidXchange Music Factory has just launched a new social media campaign created to connect those who play, live, and work at the Music Factory, as well as celebrate the growth of one of the quintessential entertainment districts in the Southeast. The Music Factory, along with its businesses and venues, is asking individuals to capture and document their experiences while at the entertainment complex with photos and post to social media channels with the hashtag #AvidXperience.
Earlier this year, AvidXchange™ acquired the naming rights for the Music Factory to connect the company's brand with, and support, a unique business community that exudes life and entertainment. AvidXchange™, founded and headquartered in Charlotte, automates midsize companies' accounts payable and payment process. In short, AvidXchange™ transforms the archaic process of utilizing paper invoices and checks into an automated process, similar to the transformation that has occurred in the consumer world of transitioning toward online payment options. The company wanted to keep its roots in the Queen City, and pave the way for other tech startups to also help change the Charlotte business landscape.

This summer there will be dozens of opportunities – from concerts to road races to food truck rallies – for Charlotteans to have an #AvidXperience. Live Nation will host performances, such as Ray LaMontagne, Walk the Moon, Phillips Phillips, and more. The AvidXchange Music Factory will also host the 5K Rock 'N Run August 13th to promote awareness for community health and area businesses. Additionally, AvidXchange™ will host a fundraising event called Truckin' Tuesdays July 12, 19, and 26. Food trucks, including Mel's BLT Kitchen, Spice Street, The Roaming Fork, and Wings on Wheels, will serve lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the AvidXchange Music Factory on AvidXchange Lane. A portion of the proceeds will fund a scholarship for a local high school graduate, and assist the owners of Philly Italian Ice and Mobile Eatery, whose food truck was vandalized in May.
