Avista Utilities Selects EP2M as Systems Integrator for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Deployment

FLANDERS, N.J., Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EP²M, LLC, an industry-leading systems integrator and Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN),  announced today that Avista Utilities, an investor-owned utility serving over 360,000 electric and 321,000 natural gas customers in the Pacific Northwest, has selected EP²M to implement Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing software for enhanced billing and customer service capabilities.
