Following the final entry day in November, a random drawing from among all eligible entries will be held to determine a winner. The winner and one guest will be awarded a trip to New York City during the heart of holiday season in early December to cook with Roberto Santibanez, chef and owner of Brooklyn and Manhattan's Fonda restaurants and author of Truly Mexican, which was named to the New York Times' list of notable cookbooks in 2011.
