Effective immediately, Wayne Salvino will become the new company President. Larina Hoover will assume the role of company Treasurer and Accountant.

The company also announced the appointment of RBSM as the company's new auditors. Mr. Peter Stefanou will lead RBSM's AVT team.

She has expertise in corporate annual filings, implementation of GAAP accounting processes and procedures, and financial reporting.
