Avvo Releases New iPhone App for Lawyers

SEATTLE, Aug. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Avvo®, Inc., the web's largest attorney-only Q&A forum and directory (http://www.avvo.com), today launched a new and improved iPhone app that enables busy Avvo attorneys to answer questions from prospective clients in Avvo's popular Q&A forum anytime, anywhere. 

This major update features a number of functionality improvements developed with input from Avvo attorneys as well as a new intuitive design and dramatically improved speed.

With the Avvo JD app, Avvo attorneys can:

• Answer questions in their practice area and location while on the go
• Receive push notifications the minute a new question in their practice area is available to answer
• Publish answers two times faster, enabling attorneys to be the first to answer more often
• Archive questions so they can be accessed later
• Start an answer and finish later on the Avvo JD app or desktop
• Engage with posted answers from other Avvo attorneys to increase their own visibility
• View other lawyer profiles and activity

The Avvo JD app, which replaces the Avvo Lawyers app, is available for free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
