AvWorks Aviation Negotiating Relationship With Precision Aircraft Dismantling

SUNRISE, Fla., Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AvWorks Aviation Corp. ("AvWorks") (OTCQB: SPLI) announced today that it is negotiating with Precision Aircraft Dismantling ("Precision") of Jacksonville, Florida with the goal of forming a strategic relationship.

As a result of the previously announced successful partout of a Boeing 727 aircraft, AvWorks Aviation and Precision are eager to join forces.
