Award Winning Builder Announces Opening of Seattle Division
TACOMA, Wash., Jan. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Lifestyle Homes, builder of over 3,000 homes in the Portland Metropolitan area over the past twenty years announced today the opening of a Puget Sound Division in the Seattle Metropolitan area.

Sister Company Launched in the Market in 2014
Pacific Lifestyle Homes sister company, Garrette Custom Homes launched in the Puget Sound in 2014. Garrette Custom Homes proved to be a strong foray into the market. Humble Start Fuels Growth
In 1996, current CEO and president Kevin Wann founded Pacific Lifestyle Homes. Wann built his first home in Vancouver. That first year, the company finished with 18 homes closed, acquired 72 lots for development, and opened two communities. The first community was located near Vancouver Mall.
Fast forward 22 years and Wann still has the same drive and interest in the business as when the company was founded. "Like any business, you learn a lot over the years," said Wann. "I am proud that we have continued to evolve. Homes are a lot like styles, they change over time and you really have to continue to be nimble and ready to change."
