BRADENTON, Fla., May 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mirabella Florida, developers of the most environmentally friendly homes in Florida that feature LEED® PLATINUM, EnergyStar® and HERS® certification, today introduced the Florentina and Mikaela models, two new three-bedroom additions to their two existing two-bedroom floor plans. With the addition of the three bedroom properties, the number of homes in the Mirabella community will now total 160.

Comparable homes to the Florentina available on Florida's Gulf Coast that lack the environmentally-friendly features of a LEED certified home start in the low-to-mid $300,000's.
