With more than three decades in enterprise technology, Young has led digital modernization efforts across multiple industries. He previously served as chief technology officer at Tillman FiberCo and as global CIO at SWIFT, the world's leader in financial messaging systems. He also held senior leadership roles at Verizon and Verizon Wireless focused on consumer commerce and enterprise platforms.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Young holds a bachelor's degree in information systems management from Bellevue University and completed executive training at IESE Business School. He is an active member of several business and technology advisory boards.
