Axeda CEO Jack Sweeney opened the conference by discussing how the convergence of cloud computing and connected products has paved the way for businesses to achieve new levels of innovation and competitive advantage. The second half of the morning featured Chris Hill, AT&T's vice president of advanced mobility solutions, who discussed the company's strategy to flexibly deliver integrated content, applications and services to any device, anywhere, anytime – simplifying the M2M solution delivery process for customers. Charlie Isaacs, vice president of service cloud strategy, Salesforce.com rounded out the morning with an introduction to the Social Enterprise and its increasing connection to M2M technology.
