The guest of honor himself, Gregg Allman, closes out the evening, joined by folk hero Jackson Browne for acoustic renditions of "These Days" and "Melissa"; "Midnight Rider" with Zac Brown and Vince Gill; and a very special Allman Brothers Band encore, with Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes, on "Dreams" and a monumental 15-minute jam of the catalogue classic "Whipping Post."
