AZEK® Trim Voted #1 Brand in All Categories in 2010 Remodeling Magazine Survey; Strong Showing for AZEK Deck

SCRANTON, Pa., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- AZEK® Trim, manufactured by AZEK Building Products, was named the #1 brand in all four categories of Remodeling Magazine's 2010 Brand Use Study, sweeping the category of  Decorative Mouldings/Trim/Columns.

In the Remodeling Magazine reader survey, AZEK Trim was voted number one based on answers to these four questions:

For each product listed below and for that product specifically, which brands ...

• Have you HEARD OF? (Brand Familiarity)
• Has your firm USED IN THE PAST 2 YEARS (including brands you subcontracted with others to install)?
• Does your firm USE THE MOST?
• Would you consider using in the future (not including those used in the past two years or used most)

AZEK Trim was ranked #1 for all four questions in the Decorative Mouldings/Trims/Columns category by 20 - 25 percentage points higher than the #2 brand.

The Remodeling brand survey was conducted by Hanley Wood Publishing and research firm Readex, and was sent to 8,250 readers of Remodeling Magazine from April 12 - May 27, 2010.  The survey had a 33% response rate with a margin of error on usable responses of +2.2%.
