Azura Vascular Care extends brand to the Gateway City as established outpatient center changes its name

MALVERN, Pa., Jan. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Azura Vascular Care announced today that Northwest Vascular Care, located at 201 Dunn Road in Florissant, Missouri, is now Azura Vascular Care St. Louis. A partner of the Azura Vascular Care national network of outpatient vascular and ambulatory surgery centers, the center specializes in minimally invasive treatment for dialysis access management, varicose veins and other vascular conditions which can be treated safely in an outpatient setting such as uterine fibroids, peripheral artery disease and varicoceles. Azura Vascular Care St. Louis operates Mondays through Fridays and is led by Medical Director Jay Albovias, MD.
The established vascular center has been serving the St. Louis area since 2012. "Dr. Albovias is a talented physician with specialized vascular expertise serving the greater St. Louis area," said Dr. Gregg Miller, Vice President of Operations. "He has long been a local resident since attending medical school at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine and completing his residency at St. Louis University Hospital; he is now raising his family in the area," added Dr. Miller.
