B Corporations Combine Forces on 25 Days of Awesome, Offering Consumers a Chance to Win Prizes and Learn About Socially Responsible Products and Business Models
BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- A community of B Corporations has come together to bring consumers 25 Days of Awesome, a holiday sweepstakes that offers participants the chance to win prizes and learn about socially responsible products and business models. The contest starts December 1, with new prizes revealed every day through Christmas at www.25daysofawesome.com. Winners will be chosen daily, and participants are encouraged to enter each day for a chance to win prizes and discover new B Corps.
Participating B Corps include Dansko, Happy Family, Badger, EO Products, and Bellroy, among others. B Corp certification for business is what Fair Trade certification is to goods like coffee. B Corps are for-profit companies the nonprofit B Lab has certified as having met rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
25 Days of Awesome is the brainchild of Oliver Russell, a B Corp and brand-marketing firm in Boise, Idaho.
